The team built and developed the electronic portal for the delegation system, which is currently hosted within the systems of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which includes:


Scheduling algorithms for crowd movement to the Jamarat facility and the Mashaer train stations

Data entry interfaces for creating timesheets

Interactive dashboards for operational data during the season

Planning statistics interface

Smart application to monitor compliance with delegation schedules

Building digital and geospatial databases for the delegation system

Running the train of feelings

Providing consulting services for Al Yamamah Company in the crowd management project at the Holy Sites Train stations, which included:

Developing training plans for crowd management staff at the Holy Sites Train Stations

Mapping crowd movement paths inside train stations

Create staff distribution schedules within the nine train stations during train working days.

Preparing training packages for employees

Platform for receiving raw data for bus tracking

The team built a platform to receive raw bus tracking data and add geospatial analysis to the data as follows:

Build an interactive map to display data, filter choices, and display desired bus locations.

Building more than 20 futures for tracking data from different tracking devices distributed on more than 17 thousand buses

Building 40 software links to analyze bus data and answer many questions including:
• How many buses are there in a given area?
• How many buses have tracking devices?
• Is the tracking device data correct?
and other important questions

Draw and build more than 1000 Geofences

Project to establish an electronic portal at Umm Al-Qura University

An electronic portal has been created on the scope of Al-Qura University and on the technical environment:
To manage, archive and analyze all data related to research projects managed by the Science and Technology Unit, estimated at 200 million riyals. The portal serves more than 1,000 faculty members and researchers at the university and displays performance indicators to follow up on projects in an interactive and flexible manner that helps project managers and supervisors make decisions and follow up on projects quickly and easily.
